AdminSphere provides a managed software platform, built on Salesforce, for trust companies, corporate services providers, fund administrators, management companies, and family offices. This Privacy Policy applies to the AdminSphere marketing website at www.admsphere.com (the "Site") and to the information we collect through it.

This policy covers information collected through our Site only. It does not cover the processing of data that takes place inside a customer's own Salesforce environment, where the customer is the controller and AdminSphere acts as a software provider under a separate agreement.

When you request a demo or otherwise contact us through the Site, we collect the business-contact details you choose to provide. These typically include:

• First and last name
• Business email address
• Company or firm name
• Job title / role
• Phone number and country calling code
• Country
• The service area(s) you are interested in (corporate fiduciary, fund administration, private wealth, management companies, or investment vehicles / GPs)
• Any additional details you include in the message field

We ask only for business-contact information needed to respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit sensitive personal data, client information, beneficial-ownership details, or other confidential material about the entities or individuals your firm administers through this Site — those belong inside your firm's secured systems, not a website enquiry form.

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
